Learn about our UK based Services

When you decide to buy property abroad you swim in shark infested waters.

To avoid the sharks and keep yourself safe you need to learn some new skills and ways of thinking.

We offer a whole range of services designed to stop YOU becoming shark food!

Let us make a couple of things clear from the start:-

- We will not try to sell you property
- We are not linked to any developer and we
won't be offering "special deals" and
  "selected  investments"

- What we offer is not intented to replace formal
legal advice, although it is definately more
   worthwhile than your average agency
   recommended lawyer!

- We are here to give you the benefit of our
experience in buying property and we offer no
nonsense, plain English, frank & sometimes
blunt advice that will keep your property dreams
  from becoming property nightmares.

We are 100% independent, impartial and the
only catch is that there is no catch
                       ... Guaranteed! ...

Forget televison property programs.

Come and learn the truth about property development in the real world from people that have been there, done it, are still doing it and have a tee-shirt each!

Our residential courses are a relaxed, friendly and informative way to learn about property abroad. The course is structured for novices but as we only work with a maximum of 6 people at a time there is plenty of flexibility and we work at the pace dictated by the group

The information we offer is relevant to any country in the world that you choose to operate in and each course is tailored to include up to date information on the participants particular country of interest.

We are also available for group lectures, property seminars and television or radio interviews.

At some point in your buying property adventure you will sign a contract with someone.

In an ideal world contracts are fair and reasonable to all, designed to protect both sides equally and are enforced as a last resort.

In the real world they are generally biased in favour of the person who paid to have it written, they are short on detail and just reading them frightens the hell out of people or bores them to tears.

This is your new home, isn't it lovely, here's the keys, goodbye.....and your builder vanishes in a cloud of dust never to answer his phone again despite your kettle short circuiting the whole complex the first time you plug it in.

Or, your agent, the nice guy with the big smile and all the building exerience of a lame donkey wanders round your new house for 2 minutes and pronounces it finished to very very high standard.
