Snagging is important and it gets neglected - apart from the big property agencies who charge you an arm and a leg for it.

Contact us and we will supply you with a snagging list personalised to you property. Either you can do the snagging yourself or have your agent do it. Either way you will know that everything that should be checked has been checked.

Your personalised snagging list also comes with additional advice on managing agents and property managers, what to do if the snags aren't fixed and what is a reasonable timeframe for work to be carried out.

We charge a flat fee of £50 for this service.
